A senior producer for two or three days a week: I set up how your team ships, then keep it running.
Case study: https://ontriggerjoy.com/work/fractional-producer/
I am a game producer with 15 years in game development, and I can join your team part-time as a fractional producer. I start by putting the basics in place: source control and pull-request flow, a written record of decisions, sprint scope and release checklists, and QA handoffs. After that I keep the rhythm going, unblock people, and make sure reports say what went wrong as well as what went right. I am technical, so I can review a build, read the data, or fix a shader when that is the fastest way forward. I also bring hands-on experience of AI-assisted workflows that speed teams up.
Lead project manager and developer on a Unity learning app for children: a Japanese–English dictionary with four word mini-games inside a kingdom-building game, spaced-repetition reviews, child speech recognition and a teacher portal. Tintash's public case study reports 2,000+ organic users and 500 daily sessions in the early phase.
Took Symphorix from concept to Steam Early Access (July 2025): a music-driven survivorlike where each song shapes the enemies and the weapon timing. 15 of 15 Steam reviews are positive. I designed and programmed the music-based procedural generation and the 16-node weapon Core in Unity/C#, and players can bring their own MP3s.
I run my own life and company admin through a fleet of AI agents that work from one repository with a map, written rules and approval steps. It is the same discipline I bring to a part-time role: decisions written down, so the team keeps moving on the days I am not there.
