Unity game studio · AI automation lab
We build games. And the machines that build them.
Got a crazy idea? We might be building it next. Touch the field — every contact fires an OnTriggerEnter.
Two worlds. One studio.

Game Development
Full-cycle Unity, 2D & 3D, shipped on Steam and mobile. Mechanics that feel good, shaders that look good, builds that run everywhere.

AI Automation
LLM systems, procedural content pipelines and company agents — built by the same engineers who ship the games.

Case study · AI pipeline
From design doc to playable prototype
An AI game-prototyping pipeline for Unity: contracts, a staged agent, a human play gate and deterministic audits.
“I built an AI game-prototyping system for Unity. Give it a game design document and a staged agent turns it into a playable, audited scaffold, and a human decides whether it's fun before any polish happens.”Shahryar Saqib, founder

QA cycles per generated asset
Contracts over prompts. The GDD template and schema make the agent's output checkable and resumable.
Human in the loop. Art and menus wait until the greybox is fun. The AI validates; a human builds.
Multimodal QA. Vision checks generated 2D art; Gemini listens to every generated sound, max 3 cycles.
Proven in production. Its rules and guides were adopted into live production games.
Figures are commit timestamps and test results, not measured effort. No speed multiple is claimed.

Origin story
From Soon Valley to Steam.
OnTriggerJoy is led by Shahryar Saqib — game producer and technical director with 10+ years shipping games, including four years as producer and technical domain expert at Tintash. We started by training local talent in Soon Valley, Pakistan, and now ship commercial titles worldwide.
We're not a traditional agency. Every project gets hands-on technical direction from a game developer, not a project manager reading a spec sheet.
